Emotional Intelligence has been touted for success with working in the office as it pertains to leadership, relationships, and performance. Yet 2020 has shifted us all into the remote digital world with many being challenged and stressed with managing the change.

This presentation is designed to provide insights into how to be more self-aware while being engaging to create a conversation with authentic empathy as though you are in the same room. And how to reduce intensified emotions, discomfort and stress associated with working remotely.

Presenter: Christine West, PhD

Dr. Christine West is a business psychologist and the founder of The Business MD. She uses her secret weapon expertise in psychology, leadership, behavior patterns, and emotional intelligence to address the positives and negatives in groups and individuals to advocate healing and strategic advancement. This results in establishing business health, impactful leaders, and professionals while improving psychological health and safety in traditional and remote workplaces.   Christine is very personable, extremely intuitive, openminded, and spiritual.  She loves to play outside, travel, and her German Shepherd Zenzi.  Along with surrounding herself with forward thinkers, action takers, vibrancy, and authentic rebels and misfits who have an out of the box cause.

We will talk about current managerial challenges and round table for solutions in this interactive work session, all focused on productivity and job satisfaction.
