This presentation addresses how critical thinking skills promote transformation, what critical thinking skills are and how to assess them personally and within your team and organization. The workshop will examine the steps needed to promote critical thinking as a skill set and how to implement that process in your organization. The session will use practical tools, audience participation and multi-media resources to engage everyone in the conversation.
